GET TO KNOW ME
3 words that describe me: Easy going, Outdoors, Friendly
What is my treatment philosophy: I focus on person-centred care, working with individuals to set meaningful goals. My aim is to give individuals the tools, confidence, and support to take charge of their own recovery.
Best thing about CB: my team of other incredible health professionals!
Biggest challenge as a physio: Juggling all the different biopsychosocial factors that come into play when practicing truly holistic care.
When not at CB, you’ll find me: surfing, running along the surfcoast trails, experimental baking (trying not to burn the house down!)
Why did I choose physio: I have always loved being active and moving my body, and physio felt like the perfect way to share that passion with others.
