What to Expect
01. Before your appointment

If this is your first session, please check in at reception 15–20 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paperwork.

Your physiotherapist will give you a guide and answer any questions you may have.
02. During your session

Your physiotherapist will review past injuries and perform a detailed and comprehensive health interview and physical assessment to ensure an accurate diagnosis.

During the physical assessment, the physiotherapist may observe your posture, range of motion, joint movements, and muscular activity.

From here, you will collaborate on an appropriate treatment plan based on your specific goals, so that you can get back to feeling and living your best.


Consultation Options


Initial Assessment - 45 minutes

Required for new patients, new injuries, or if it’s been 3+ months since your last visit.

Detailed discussion and physical assessment with your physiotherapist.

Clear explanation of your diagnosis and personalised treatment plan.

Leave with home exercises, management advice, and next steps for recovery.
Standard Consult - 30 minutes

For patients who’ve had an initial consult for the same injury within the past 3 months.

Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.

Brief update and re-assessment of your injury’s progress.
-
Focus on hands-on treatment and therapy.

Re-assessment after treatment to track effectiveness.
Extended Review - 45 minutes
This type of consult is beneficial if

your condition is complex.

you require treatment on two separate injuries.
Similar in process to the standard consultation, but allows for a further 15 minutes of treatment time.
