Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates
About Joh Cornish
Joh has 12+ years’ experience in physiotherapy and mindful movement, specialising in Pilates, Yoga, and holistic rehabilitation.
She combines manual therapy, dry needling, craniosacral therapy, motor control retraining, mindfulness, and exercise-based rehab to help clients recover, prevent injury, and optimise movement.
Passionate about treating the whole person, Joh integrates approaches like ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™ to address persistent pain and improve function—especially for rotational sports like golf, tennis, and swimming.
She mentors Polestar Pilates teacher training in Melbourne and has studied Yoga extensively, including at the Sivananda Ashram in India and with Yoga Therapy expert Simon Borg Olivier.
When she’s not helping clients move better, Joh stays active with rock climbing, SUP yoga, ice bathing, and beach walks with her dog, Zen.
