About Cindy Parks
Cindy is an experienced physiotherapist with international experience in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. She holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University (2003) and a Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, specialising in advanced assessment and treatment of spinal, shoulder, hip, and knee conditions.
Cindy works with clients aiming to return to peak performance - whether at work, sport, or play—providing evidence-based care focused on both short-term relief and long-term injury prevention. She has treated professional and amateur athletes, including Canadian ice hockey players, New Zealand Ice Blacks, elite skiers and snowboarders, and competitive soccer players.
Passionate about staying active herself, Cindy enjoys running, hiking, yoga, snowboarding, and playing competitive soccer for the Surf Coast Football Club.
